• All orders are shipped by UPS ground on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
• UPS ground shipping $12, under $50 total purchase UPS ground shipping $6, Expecting delivery within 2-10 business days.
• UPS 2nd day shipping $25 (Before 2pm Eastern time receive 2days later, After 2pm Eastern time receive 3days later)
• You will receive order confirmation and shipping notification with tracking number via email.
• Please note that some handmade and/or custom items may take longer to ship.
• If applicable, details will be stated in the items description.

SALES TAX

• Sales tax is charged only to New York state residents (8.875% on all orders, no tax under $110 on clothing, belt, scarf, hosiery (effective as of Apr. 2012))

RETURNS, EXCHANGES
